Land Investment Services is owned and operated by David C. Whitehead. Based in Northwest Indiana, David is a licensed real estate agent in both Illinois and Indiana, and holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University School of Agricultural. Since first working for his family’s business as a teenager, David has been active and successful in both residential and farm real estate for more than 12 years, and has served hundreds of satisfied clients.

David has wealth of experience in both farm management and real estate. Before founding Land Investment Services, his previous resume included managing, supervising, and organizing farm properties, handling issues ranging from government programs, soil testing, and insurance to budgets and repairs. David has also worked with development companies desiring to purchase land, contracted residential development properties, and has listed and sold a diverse range of properties.
